This is awesome Lise!! I totally agree with it too!! I have many rabbits in each class and they help motivate me and push me further than I think I can go most days. The Warehouse family has been instrumental in my fitness journey and I am so grateful for the never ending support. We all have good days and bad days and it's amazing when you show up to class and find a rabbit in to lift you up and make you work harder than you had planned. Leaving the Warehouse after a great class - being ready to take on the rest of the world - strong and confidant.

I missed you more than you knew! I know your job and home life are busy and it's hard to fit us, your other family, in. But when you do I'm so thankful! And I'm happy to be one of your rabbits. I see a few of mine too. 😊 It really makes a me feel good knowing I'm an inspiration to others. See you soon GF!

You had me at Hello.......you had me at Hello.....Wow; great article Lise! This is a perfect example of why I love teaching at the Warehouse, as well as being a participate at these classes. I get so much out of seeing all of you walk through that DOOR, and leave with a big smile!! And whether that smile is because you just had your %ss handed to you by Jeanine, or if it is because you saw your Rabbit friends, either way, I love the positive interactions!!
